Role Overview
A Dubai-based client is seeking a Product Manager for major domestic appliances.
The role covers product planning, market analysis, profitability, sourcing, supplier negotiation, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan products across refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, cookers, microwaves, freezers, and other major domestic appliance categories.
- Analyze product trends, competitors, pricing, features, specifications, and consumer requirements.
- Analyze ROI and profit or loss by product, including positioning, retail pricing, promotional pricing, margins, and buying price.
- Develop hit products and create unique selling points.
- Communicate with distributors and customers about products, pricing, and new product introductions.
- Source products and negotiate with suppliers to improve product value and meet target pricing.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and work with customers and suppliers in China, Turkey, and other countries.
Requirements
- More than five years of experience in the subject industry, especially in Saudi Arabia.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel to GCC countries, China, Turkey, and other countries.
