About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the Veilance product line strategy
- Contribute to the creation of product briefs aligned with category strategy, seasonal storytelling, and brand vision
- Contribute to the cross functional product creation process from concept through to guest
- Support achieving and maintaining KPIs, design and production costs relative to the market and guest value proposition
- Contribute to the management of the product lifecycle for each model, from development to commercialization
- Contribute to seasonal selling plans and support overall strategies
- Support research and analysis of the global marketplace to identify key consumer and market insights
- Support in the preparation of product presentations for key calendar touchpoints
- Contribute to Go To Market product knowledge and support creation of selling tools and product information
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the apparel, fashion or luxury product markets, in a retail, customer service, merchandising, product development, wholesale, and/or retail buying role
- Strong knowledge of sell through, calculating cost of goods, and the open to buy process
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the premium technical apparel market and the outdoor industry, especially Veilance
- Excellent understanding of the design and development process
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Willing and able to travel as required

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
- As an Associate Product Line Manager, Veilance Women’s you support in the creation of profitable global product line assortments for the Veilance, Women’s product category.

- The Product Line Management (PLM) team is responsible for determining and delivering the right product, in the right places, at the right time, delivering product lines that support the overall Design creative direction, while driving company sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals, on
Core Activities
- Supporting the development and execution of the Veilance product line strategy.
- Contributing to the creation of product briefs to align with the category strategy, seasonal story telling focus, and brand vision.
- Contributing to the cross functional product creation process from concept through to guest.
- Supporting to achieve and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), design and production costs relative to the market and guest value proposition.
- Contributing to the management of the product lifecycle management for each model.
- Contributing to seasonal selling plans and supporting overall strategies.
- Supporting in research and analysis of the global marketplace to identify key consumer and market insights.
- Supporting in the preparation of product presentations for key calendar touchpoints.
- Contributing to Go To Market (GTM) product knowledge and supporting on the creation of selling tools and product information.

Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in the apparel, fashion or luxury product markets, in a retail, customer service, merchandising, product development, wholesale, and/or retail buying role.
- Strong knowledge of sell through, calculating cost of goods, and the open to buy process.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, solution oriented.
- Strong understanding of the premium technical apparel market and the outdoor industry, especially Veilance.
- Excellent understanding of the design and development process.
- Excellent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Willing and able to travel as required.
- Proactive in identifying root cause of issues and developing solutions.
- Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
- Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is CAD$71,000 CAD$93,000.
