Role Overview
- The Associate Creative Director (art) develops creative concepts, working with copywriters and designers.
- Focus is on visual design and art direction of advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Works with Creative Director to address performance, workflow, and quality issues.
- Helps develop and review creative briefs.
- Promotes a culture of creative quality and accountability.
- Trains new employees and helps current staff achieve professional goals.
- Works with upper management to plan strategic growth and participate in new business pitches.
- Develops and evaluates creative concepts, copy and art.
- Sets high creative standards.
- Leads creative efforts on new business assignments.

- Designs comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables.
Qualifications
