Role Purpose

  • Drive high quality execution of brand strategies for the Vaccines portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
  • Contribute to strategy shaping while leading implementation excellence, enabling field teams, and ensuring strong cross functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Planning & Execution: Contribute to local brand strategies, own execution of brand plans, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, monitor brand performance.
  • Strategic Contribution: Actively contribute to brand planning cycles, own specific components of the brand plan, challenge plans through data driven insights.
  • Promotional & Customer Engagement Excellence: Lead development and localization of promotional materials, ensure consistent communication of brand value proposition, drive customer engagement initiatives.
  • Sales Force Enablement Leadership: Own readiness and effectiveness of sales enablement tools, lead training initiatives, act as go to brand expert for sales team.
  • Cross Functional Leadership: Lead coordination across Medical, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
  • Market & Business Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, identify opportunities, translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Own tracking of brand KPIs, performance, budget utilization, support forecasting, identify risks and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

  • This role is open to Saudi nationals only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, or related roles).
  • Experience in vaccines or public sector is a plus.
