Responsibilities
- Execute territory sales targets and develop cross functional territory plans
- Communicate with key opinion leaders and oncology decision makers to ensure scientific understanding of products
- Understand oncology stakeholders, competitors, buying process, and patient journey per account
- Support marketing team to execute strategies for product growth and drive recruitments
- Maintain accurate competitive landscape and activities within territory
- Conduct territory sales analysis using IMS and spotlight, collaborate with OSAM for planning
- Understand processes within cancer institutions (MDT, treatment protocols, ethics, pharmacy, formulary)
- Look for innovative ways to improve customer and patient experience with cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business with successful track record
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Oncology experience preferred
- UAE residency preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Accountable for accurate execution of territory sales targets planning and operational, cross functional territory development plan within assigned territory.
- Able to identify and communicate with relevant customers to ensure external stakeholders full scientific understanding and differentiation and positioning of our oncology products.
- Full Understanding of Oncology Stakeholders, perspectives, our competitors, buying process and patient journey per account per indication.
- Supports the marketing team to execute strategies to drive growth of our market leading product and drive recruitments to maximize the business outcomes.
- Maintains an accurate and up to date picture of the competitive landscape and competitive activities within the cancer institutions in their territory.
- Regular Territory sales analysis using the resources provided such as IMS and spotlight and collaborate with OSAM to plan territory potential picture.
- Maintains an excellent understanding of various processes within the cancer institutions in their territory with the support of OSAM to have full account access.
- Look for innovative ways to improve customers and patient experience by aligning with relevant CFTs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business with a successful track record.
- Fluent in spoken written English.
- Strong Presentation communication skills.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- UAE residency preferred.
