Responsibilities

  • Achieve communicated sales targets for oncology portfolio in the Western region within KSA, including specific institutions.
  • Accountable for accurate execution of territory sales target, planning, and operational cross functional territory development plan.
  • Identify and communicate with relevant customers, including Key Opinion Leaders, Oncology decision making authorities, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Work in close collaboration with line manager and cross functional team; create, execute, lead, and coordinate activities of other team members.
  • Support marketing team to drive product growth, implement marketing strategies, and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date picture of competitive landscape and clinical perspectives within cancer institutions.
  • Provide accurate territory potential picture for short and long term sales planning; high level reflex regarding competition assessment.
  • Maintain excellent understanding of processes within cancer institutions: Multidisciplinary Team approaches, Hospital Treatment Protocols, Ethics Committee processes, Pharmacy Policies, Formulary Inclusion process.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory at hospital pharmacy to meet demand of Oncologists/Patients for company Oncology Medicines.
  • Ensure adherence to high ethical standards of company's Oncology business.

Qualifications

  • 2 3 years experience in a pharmaceutical company Preferred
  • West Region experience is a plus.
  • Oncology experience is preferred.
  • University education degree in a relevant Healthcare related / Pharmacy education certificate.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of customers, including high level scientific leaders.
