Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of local brand strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and business priorities
- Own and drive execution of brand plans end to end, ensuring timely, high quality, and compliant delivery
- Lead the development and localization of promotional and non promotional materials aligned with brand strategy
- Own the readiness and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and materials for assigned brands
- Lead coordination across Medical, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams for assigned initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities
- Own tracking of brand KPIs, performance, and budget utilization
- Ensure strict adherence to pharma marketing compliance, ethical codes, and internal SOPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences
- 2 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, or related roles)
- Saudi nationality required
- Travel required across the Kingdom
- Strong compliance mindset
- Experience working with Pulmonologists is a plus

Job Description
- The Associate Brand & Customer Manager role represents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact for patients.
- The role is responsible for leading and coordinating efforts on the launch of our new brand in the COPD space.
- You will play a critical part within the Pharmaceutical Business Unit in Saudi Arabia, ensuring launch excellence and driving high quality execution of brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development of local brand strategies; own and drive execution of brand plans end to end.
- Strategic Impact: Actively lead brand planning cycles; own specific components of the brand plan with clear accountability.
- Promotional & Customer Engagement Excellence: Lead development and localization of promotional and non promotional materials; drive impactful customer engagement initiatives.
- Sales Force Enablement: Own readiness and effectiveness of sales enablement tools; lead training initiatives; act as go to brand expert.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Lead coordination across Medical, Market Access, Policy, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
- Market & Business Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics; monitor brand performance and recommend actions.
- Financial & Operational Management: Own tracking of brand KPIs, performance, and budget utilization; support forecasting.
- Personal Development: Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills; write EDP with guidance.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to pharma marketing compliance, ethical codes, and internal SOPs.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
- 2 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, or related roles).
- Ownership and Accountability: Takes full accountability for delivering business outcomes.
- Execution Excellence: Strong ability to drive high quality execution under timelines.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to link insights with brand strategy and execution.
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrates initiative and ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.

- Experience working with Pulmonologists is a plus.
