Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed Privilege and Emirati sales targets and manage client relationships and portfolios for a specified geographical area
- Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various financial services to achieve agreed financial targets
- Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships
- Monitor and control customer portfolios to achieve desired revenue through NTB, cross sell, upsell and retention
- Ensure team manages high level of customer engagement through contacts and meetings
- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies
- Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure targets are achieved
- Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage financial performance
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes
- Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives
Requirements
- SCA accredited
- Total banking experience: 10+ years
- Wealth sales experience: Minimum 5 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Finance or relevant specialization
- In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
- Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- To achieve agreed Privilege and Emirati sales targets and manage client relationships and portfolios for a specified geographical area and/or business/product in order to meet the strategic goals of the Bank
- Manage and monitor revenue generation through sale of various financial services of the Bank in order to achieve agreed financial targets and maximise revenue generation and cross sell in the allocated customer base
- Develop and maintain internal stakeholders/external agencies and client relationships in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank
- Monitor and control customer portfolios in order to achieve desired revenue through New to Banks (NTB), Cross sell, upsell and retention
- Ensure team manages high level of customer engagement through customer contacts and meetings in order to achieve year on year growth in high Regional Manager Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Strategic NPS
- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
- Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
- Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best in class services, products and innovation
- Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
- Demonstrate our promise and apply the ADCB service standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- SCA accredited
- Total banking experience: 10+ years
- Wealth sales experience: Minimum 5 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Finance or relevant specialization
- In depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends
- Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills
