About the Role
- With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.
- You will focus on developing, planning and managing the learning and development programs for all colleagues in order to meet both the individual and organizational needs; and to ensure that the brand standards are adhered to.
Candidate Profile
- Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Cluster Learning & Development Manager.
- Must be highly qualified and must have at least 2 3 years experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five star hotels.
- Must have a learning, coaching & development background with strong attention to details, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
- Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
