Summary

  • The Assistant Manager – Housekeeping is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Housekeeping department.
  • Ensures high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while meeting expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Housekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Experience working with PMS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to lead multicultural teams and work under pressure.
