- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Experience working with PMS systems is an advantage
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and work under pressure
