Job Purpose

The role delivers frontline Facilities Management services in line with contractual requirements, SLAs, operational standards, and client expectations.

The position plans, coordinates, supervises, and executes Hard and Soft Facilities Management services across assigned sites or a portfolio.

The postholder oversees site teams, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors while meeting quality, safety, timeline, KPI, SLA, and budget requirements.

Roles, Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage Hard and Soft Facilities Management services and specialized water-related assets.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe and efficient services against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor expenditure, and report variances.
  • Manage specialist service providers and support supplier procurement and mobilization.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and performance reviews and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and client representatives on operations and reporting.
  • Assess team performance, identify training needs, and ensure QHSE compliance.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments and ensure safe working practices.

Experience and Competencies

  • At least four years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
  • Water-related theme park experience is preferred, while multi-site FM and adventure or water park experience are additional advantages.
  • Expertise in long-term asset management, CAPEX planning, and lifecycle cost analysis.
  • Understanding of Hard and Soft FM services, including MEP systems, HVAC, BMS, and energy management.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and data-driven facility performance management.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, mentor staff, manage budgets, forecast finances, optimize costs, and allocate resources.

Qualifications and Certifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is essential.
  • FMP, CFM, PMP, IWFM membership, relevant Facilities Management training, and equivalent professional membership are preferred.

Operational Environment

  • The role covers assigned sites or a portfolio and involves oversight of site teams, technicians, contractors, and specialized facilities.
