Job Purpose
Support the Property Management team’s day-to-day operations across residential, retail, office, and commercial leasing portfolios.
Gain hands-on exposure to tenancy administration, property operations, and tenant relations during a 3-month programme based in Abu Dhabi.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Support preparation and tracking of lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
- Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in and move-out coordination, and tenancy records.
- Help coordinate property inspections and log operational or maintenance requests.
- Support tenant enquiries and follow up on service requests.
- Prepare reports and trackers for leasing status, occupancy, and renewals.
- Liaise with facilities management, community management, finance, and other internal departments.
- Shadow senior team members in tenant meetings, inspections, and business reviews where appropriate.
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, property or facilities management, or a related field.
- No prior work experience is required; exposure to customer service, administration, or real estate is a plus.
