Job Purpose
Support the Group People and Culture function by contributing to leadership development, talent management, performance management, and capability development initiatives.
Help build capability across the organization through structured development and performance programs.
Leadership Development
- Take a lead role in delivering leadership programs as directed.
- Facilitate sessions, engage participants and stakeholders, manage scheduling and communications, prepare sessions, follow up, and track program impact.
- Deliver psychometric assessment debrief and feedback sessions for employees as required.
Talent Management
- Support operational delivery of graduate, high-potential, and UAE National development programs.
- Support successor development interventions and help plan, implement, and evaluate their outcomes.
- Contribute to reporting on talent initiatives for senior stakeholder audiences.
Performance Management
- Collaborate with segment People and Culture teams to facilitate the annual performance cycle.
- Coordinate performance-cycle logistics and communications with the Group Director.
- Support performance-related training and awareness sessions as directed.
Capability Development
- Facilitate team-building and organizational development sessions across Modon.
- Coordinate initiative-level collaboration with segment People and Culture teams.
- Support centers of excellence in addressing specific capability requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, management, or a related discipline.
- Certification or progress toward certification in Hogan Assessments, Harrison Assessments, Insights Discovery, or Gallup CliftonStrengths.
- An ICF-accredited or equivalent coaching qualification is desirable.
- Facilitation training or equivalent practical experience.
Experience and Competencies
- Relevant experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR generalist work with structured development programs.
- Experience delivering facilitated learning or leadership development programs in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects accurately and follow through.
- Experience with psychometric assessment delivery or development feedback conversations.
- Confidence using digital tools, including AI platforms, for operational delivery, facilitation, and participant engagement.
- UAE or wider Gulf corporate or professional services experience is advantageous.
