Role overview
Partner with the Department Manager to deliver exceptional food and service experiences.
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support while building an engaged and high-performing team.
Support department strategies, customer service, food preparation, compliance, and daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
- Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Lead regular huddles to share goals, celebrate successes, strengthen product knowledge, and encourage feedback.
- Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bars and grill stations.
- Support merchandising, product rotation, staffing coverage, cleanliness, inventory, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll.
- Promote adherence to company policies, government regulations, health and safety, food safety, and HACCP requirements.
Qualifications
- Completion of a post-secondary program emphasizing Culinary Management.
- At least one year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or equivalent education and experience.
