Role overview
Part-time Customer Service Representative role supporting a welcoming, fresh shopping experience.
The position combines customer assistance, merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and team support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer service according to Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers while sharing product knowledge.
- Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on counters and shelves.
- Maintain product presentation and accurate signage.
- Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow corporate, health and safety, food safety, and equipment-use procedures.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Support team members and perform periodic additional duties.
Candidate requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
