Role overview
Create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for through customer service and attractive department presentation.
Support customers, maintain displays, and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service according to Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers while sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves.
- Maintain high-quality product presentation and accurate signage.
- Complete sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other general housekeeping duties.
- Follow corporate, health and safety, food safety, and equipment-use procedures.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and support fellow team members.
- Perform additional periodic duties as required.
What you bring
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service is required.
- Retail experience is an asset, though an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in quality and cleanliness.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
