Role Overview
Support the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy provides to customers.
Deliver customer service while keeping merchandise displays, work areas, and storage areas attractive and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and engaging customer service according to Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers while sharing product knowledge.
- Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on counters and shelves.
- Maintain quality presentation and accurate signage.
- Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Follow health, food safety, corporate policy, and equipment-use requirements.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and support team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Retail experience is an asset, with equivalent education and experience also considered.
- Work independently with attention to detail and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Use a collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Work in a fast-paced setting involving standing, heavy lifting, and cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
- Work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
