Role Overview
Create a welcoming, fresh shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping the department looking its best.
Support customers and maintain product presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service according to Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers while sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves.
- Ensure products are displayed beautifully with accurate signage.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas.
- Follow corporate, health and safety, food safety, and equipment-use procedures.
- Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support team members as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
- Retail experience is an asset, with equivalent education and experience also considered.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on setting with extended standing, heavy lifting, and cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
