Role overview
The Customer Service Representative helps create Farm Boy's welcoming and fresh shopping experience.
The role combines customer service, merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and store team support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, engaging customer service in line with Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Welcome, greet, and assist customers while sharing product knowledge.
- Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on counters and shelves.
- Maintain product presentation and accurate signage.
- Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow corporate, health and food safety, and equipment-use procedures.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and support team members.
What you bring
- Genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
- Retail experience is an asset; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in quality results.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with multiple deadlines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
