Role Overview
Aramco is seeking an Architect for the Engineering & Design Division of the Community Services Technical Support Department.
The division provides architectural, engineering, and technical services for community facilities and programs.
The role provides senior-level architectural and technical expertise across assessment, planning, design, renovation, enhancement, and construction support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide architectural expertise for community facility projects from initial assessment and planning through design, construction, and closeout.
- Assess existing facilities for condition, functionality, code compliance, accessibility, building performance, and operational suitability.
- Develop architectural concepts, space programs, planning criteria, design requirements, and technical solutions.
- Review architectural studies, drawings, specifications, calculations, materials, and design packages for technical adequacy and compliance.
- Resolve complex architectural and facility-related issues while considering safety, functionality, cost, schedule, sustainability, and resilience.
- Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, interior design, and landscape disciplines.
- Perform design optimization, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
