- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to qualify leads based on role, company type, industry fit, and business need
- Schedule meetings using Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook across multiple time zones
- Send confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and follow ups to ensure clean calendar coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, logging outreach activity and appointment updates
- Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives to provide clean handoff notes and prospect context
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, customer facing roles, or lead generation
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, or Outlook
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

About the Role
- We’re hiring a highly organized and communication focused Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and support sales pipeline growth.
- This role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, CRM management, and sales coordination.
What You’ll Own
- Reach out to prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on role, company type, industry fit, and business need.
- Confirm interest before scheduling meetings.
- Support outbound lead generation and pipeline activity.
- Schedule meetings using Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
- Manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Send confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and follow ups.
- Ensure clean calendar coordination and booking accuracy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Log outreach activity, appointment updates, notes, and follow up status.
- Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives.
- Provide clean handoff notes and prospect context.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, inside sales, customer facing roles, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams.
- Familiarity with Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or Challenger.
