Job Description
Support the delivery of architectural projects from design through construction.
Serve as the primary liaison among the design team, Architect of Record, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Ensure project documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the Architect of Record, design consultants, and internal project teams throughout all project phases.
- Manage architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
- Monitor schedules and support timely completion of project deliverables.
- Review consultant drawings for consistency and coordination.
Compliance and Construction
- Ensure project documents comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Coordinate submissions of drawings and documents for authority approvals and permits.
- Track RFIs, submittals, design changes, and document revisions.
- Support construction administration by coordinating responses to site-related technical issues.
