About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work with production and office teams to identify opportunities for AI and advanced analytics
- Analyze processes and data availability to assess feasibility and expected impact of potential use cases
- Review existing Siemens Energy digital/AI solutions and evaluate applicability before developing new solutions
- Contribute to the AI initiative pipeline and support building simple business cases
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/analytics solutions
- Collaborate with IT/Digitalization and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production and office environments
- Work with external partners to evaluate, pilot, and integrate external AI solutions
- Work closely with end users to understand requirements, validate prototypes, and refine solutions
- Prepare and deliver trainings or user guides to help colleagues use AI tools and dashboards effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- Approximately 3 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, or digitalization
- Hands on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.), SQL, and VB.NET
- Experience with data visualization/dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven experience delivering AI/analytics solutions from concept to production
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

What You Bring

- Proven experience delivering AI/analytics solutions from concept to production
- Solid understanding of manufacturing or operations processes preferred
