Description and Requirements

  • The AI Solutions Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and driving the lifecycle of AI Library solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services into cohesive end to end solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, launch, and continuously optimize AI Library solutions
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies
  • Coordinate and support AI Library solutions across cross functional teams
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and ecosystem partners
  • Support AI Library enablement efforts
  • Gather feedback, measure program outcomes, and provide recommendations
  • Create presentations, status updates, and executive ready communications
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible AI usage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • 7+ years of product/offering management experience

Nice to Have Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, or cross functional initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Experience in program management, operations, project coordination, or strategy role
  • Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI agents
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting in a fast paced environment
  • Experience developing presentations, training materials, or executive communications

Compensation

  • Base salary range budgeted: CAD $165,000 $185,000 annually
  • Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions
