Role Overview
The Affiliate Lead - Digital Acquisition will grow and manage the affiliate channel to drive funded accounts and trading volume.
The role oversees affiliate recruitment, partner negotiations, performance monitoring, and compliance in a regulated trading environment.
Affiliate Strategy and Growth
- Define and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
- Build a diversified partner portfolio including affiliates, influencers, and comparison platforms.
- Identify acquisition opportunities, market segments, and partnership models for incremental growth.
- Optimize CPA, RevShare, and commission frameworks based on LTV, margins, and market competitiveness.
Partner Management
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high-value affiliates with strong revenue potential.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and incentive alignment.
- Build long-term performance-driven relationships and conduct structured business reviews.
- Implement performance improvement plans where required.
Performance Optimization
- Manage affiliate KPIs including FTDs, trading volume, CAC, LTV, ROI, and retention.
- Analyze acquisition funnels, partner performance, traffic sources, conversion, and trader quality.
- Test offers, landing pages, funnels, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
Governance and Reporting
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor traffic for fraud, incentivized activity, misrepresentation, and brand misuse.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to mitigate exposure.
- Deliver reporting, forecasts, budget recommendations, and cross-functional acquisition planning.
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, and LTV economics.
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets, dashboards, and attribution tools.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Tune/HasOffers, Impact, or Everflow.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Understanding of trading products, trader lifecycle metrics, and regulated-market compliance.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of affiliate marketing experience in CFDs, FX, online trading, crypto, or iGaming.
- Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience.
