About the Team

  • The Technology Strategy & Transformation team works with business executives and digital/IT leaders to provide trusted technology and transformation advice.

Examples of Work

  • Advising executive and senior leaders to design technology strategies aligned to business outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing operating models for technology, transformation, and digital functions.
  • Completing requirements gathering and options analysis for new business applications.
  • Technology procurement and commercial management including market assessments and vendor evaluations.
  • Enterprise architecture advisory including system rationalisation and scaling.
  • Designing transformation programmes including business case development and delivery methodologies.

Successful Applicants Should Have Experience In

  • Analytical & Advisory Skills: ability to analyse data, diagnose client needs, synthesise insights.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: experience structuring and solving ambiguous business and technology problems.
  • Tech Savviness: ability to apply emerging technology knowledge to create client solutions.
  • Effective Communication: deliver well structured written and verbal advice.
  • Managing Quality & Risk: delivering high quality advisory outputs while managing risks.
  • Adaptive to Change: responding to changing client needs with resilience.

You Will Also Need To

  • Manage advisory engagements including resources, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
  • Provide people leadership and coaching.
  • Drive business development/sales.

About You

  • 6+ years’ experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated history of working with senior stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Strong understanding of how technology functions are structured.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology systems (ERP/HRIS/FMIS/CRM/BI).
  • Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops.
  • Business development and sales experience.
  • Leadership skills to drive quality outcomes.
