- Photocopy, fax, and scan documents as required
- Assure effective mail and package distribution
- Assist employees and managers with general administrative requests

- Minimum completion of high school
- Proficient organizational skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient computer skills – Outlook, MS Office
- Preferred minimum 1 year experience, recent graduates considered

- Job Location: Ruwais, Site Office.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Work Hours: 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM.
- Good Communication – Written and Oral.
- Adaptability and agility to learn and contribute to varying and complex environments.
- Proficient Computer Skills – Outlook, MS Office.

- Minimum completion of high school.
