About the Role

- Maintain employee files, attendance records, and other HR related documentation
- Support recruitment activities, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
- Coordinate and communicate with employees, suppliers, and management
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation, and record keeping systems are maintained
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources (UAE experience is an added advantage)
- Sound understanding of recruitment procedures and office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law will be considered an advantage

Job Summary

Skills & Requirements

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 3,000, depending on experience.
- Employment visa provided by the company.
