About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle for UAE and India entities
- Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock movements
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls
- Record financial transactions accurately and maintain updated accounting records
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking documentation
- Process supplier invoices and payments on time
- Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee leave records
- Coordinate office maintenance, servicing, and office supplies when required
- Provide administrative assistance to management as needed
- Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 1 4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Experience handling accounts for multiple companies preferred
- Good understanding of UAE VAT, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Currently residing in UAE preferred

Key Responsibilities

Salary & Benefits
- Salary between AED 2,500 and AED 3,500, depending on experience and performance.
- Employment Visa provided by the company.
