- Liaise with employees, vendors, and management to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Organize and maintain proper filing systems and company records
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration (UAE experience preferred)
- Sound understanding of recruitment procedures and office administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is an added advantage
- Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Admin/HR Executive to oversee day to day administrative activities and support various human resource functions.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
