About the Role
ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC seeks an experienced Accountant in Dubai to manage full set of accounts, cash flow, payroll, and financial reporting. Candidates must have UAE accounting experience, knowledge of cloud accounting software like ZOHO, QuickBooks, and Peachtree, and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.

Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts
- Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
- Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls
- Process and record monthly invoices
- Prepare monthly payments
- Process monthly payroll
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary
- Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
- Knowledge in Federal VAT filing and GST filing is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
- Has 2 3 years relevant experience
- Zoho accounts assistant: 1 year (Required)
- Hindi & English (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Process and record monthly invoices
- Prepare monthly payments
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing
- Process monthly payroll
- Record and track team leave
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary
- Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
- Knowledge in Federal VAT filing and GST filing is preferred
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem solving attitude
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
- Has 2 3 years relevant experience
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
