About the Role
ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC is hiring an Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for UAE and India companies. Responsibilities include financial reporting, inventory management, payroll, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the complete set of accounts for UAE and India companies
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets
- Monitor and maintain inventory/stock records and provide regular updates to management
- Manage cash flow and ensure proper cash control procedures
- Record all financial transactions accurately and maintain up to date accounting records
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Process monthly invoices, supplier payments, and customer receipts
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee leave records
- Coordinate office maintenance, servicing, and procurement of office supplies
- Provide administrative support to management as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience is preferred).
- Experience managing accounts for multiple companies is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month (depending on experience).
- Employment Visa provided by the company.
- Medical Insurance.
- Annual Leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
