About the Role
We are seeking an Accountant with Russian language skills to join AM PM in Dubai. The role involves 1C accounting, bank reconciliations, and banking operations in the UAE. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 1+ year of experience, and proficiency in 1C and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Process payment requests and prepare payment registers for director approval
- Reconcile bank statements and record incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services
- Perform reconciliations with customers and suppliers
- Maintain and update internal operational and financial tracking files
- Act as an authorized signatory in interactions with UAE banks, including submission of applications and data updates
- Complete and manage banking documentation, including KYC/AML forms and authorized signatory updates
- Manage end to end process of changing authorized signatories
- Prepare and provide corporate and financial documentation upon bank requests
- Work with online banking platforms: uploading documents, tracking request statuses
- Manage relationships with multiple banks simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Proficiency in 1C and Excel
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Hands on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE

Job Description

- Worked in 1C accounting system: processing payment requests, preparing payment registers (for director approval), reconciling bank statements, recording incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services

- Worked with online banking platforms: uploading documents, tracking request statuses, and navigating multiple banking interfaces
- Managed relationships with multiple banks simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely responses to all requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Proficiency in 1C and Excel
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Hands on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE
