Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and manage key client accounts within the exhibitions, events, and interior fit out sector
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve revenue targets through strategic selling, client servicing, and project conversion
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal execution teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibitions and event industry
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
- Manage end to end sales cycle from inquiry to project closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with estimation team
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms to close deals successfully
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit out, or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to understand technical project requirements
- CRM and pipeline management experience
- Target driven and performance focused mindset

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in exhibitions and event industry
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
- Manage end to end sales cycle from inquiry to project closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and exhibitors
- Understand client requirements and convert them into project briefs
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with estimation team
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms to close deals successfully
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
- Handle client feedback, changes, and additional requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit out, or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
