- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the food delivery vertical
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with their business goals and our platform’s capabilities
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the growth and success of your accounts
- Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives within your portfolio
- Handle partner escalations effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide on boarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners joining the platform
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with partners
- Monitor account performance using dashboards and data reports, identifying trends and opportunities
- Support with day to day troubleshooting and problem solving
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG Sector
- A track record in commercial, client facing, or account management roles
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving and crisis management abilities
- Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required

Role Overview

- You will collaborate cross functionally to drive account growth, execute marketing initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure smooth on boarding for new partners.
