About the Role

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • The role acts as the primary client contact, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors to deliver high quality hard and soft FM services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
  • Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services in line with contractual requirements and service standards.
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, financial performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate operational teams across multiple locations.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support business growth through service enhancement and value added solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services.
  • Experience managing multi site operations, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/IWMS systems.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
