Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts
- Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs
- Build and drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts
- Follow up activation of trade marketing activities and improve in store visibility
- Monitor Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts
- Submit activity and results reports
- Handle customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Ensure compliance to Galderma policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in account management and sales within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Knowledge of dermatology or skincare market preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously improve strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to contribute to company vision and enhance sales & profitability across portfolio.
- Establishing long term relationships with designated medical professionals to ensure brand loyalty and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned business goals, sales targets and KPIs.
- Build & drive the implementation of joint business plans with Key accounts.
- Follow up activation of trade marketing activities and improve in store visibility.
- Close monitoring for Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability with optimum stock level and avoid stock rupture situation.
- Best allocation for company resources (time, marketing expenses, samples) in liaison with Line Manager.
- Maintain continuous engagement with accounts/key accounts enabling the execution of planned strategies.
- Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and build revised action plans.
- Analyze performance and efficiency of assigned accounts by continuously reviewing and reporting on sales performance, market trends and forecasts.
- Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Handling customer (pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management and sales within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dermatology or skincare market preferred.
