About the Role
Galderma seeks an Account Lead for Aesthetics in Dubai and the Northern Emirates to build relationships with dermatologists and drive sales of aesthetic products. The role requires at least 4-5 years of sales experience in the aesthetics industry, with mandatory experience in toxins.

Responsibilities
- Plan and visit doctors as per target visits per tier
- Establish long term relationships with dermatologists and designated medical professionals to ensure brand loyalty and business growth
- Ensure to engage & increase loyalty of KOLs to Galderma
- Build & maintain company image as the leader in dermatology in the respective working areas and territories
- Ensure items availability in all target accounts especially the key accounts
- Follow up activation of trade marketing activities and improve in store visibility
- Close monitoring for Galderma stocks level to guarantee availability with optimum stock level
- Implement company marketing plan including detailing and presentations to health professionals
- Organize meetings and AV actions for doctors/pharmacists as planned by the company
- Review sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, techniques
- Handle customer (Doctor or pharmacist) complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of working experience in the sales field in the aesthetics industry
- Experience in toxins is mandatory
- Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets
- Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic
- Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage

- Reviewing sales performance and develop & implement needed action plans with manager.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4–5 years of working experience in the sales field in the aesthetics industry is required for this role.
- Experience in toxins is mandatory.
- Solid sales experience with a track record of developing, engaging customers and delivering on company targets.
- Must be analytical, detailed, passionate, organized and systematic.
- Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage.
