Serve as a Receptionist at Zuma and play a central role in delivering a memorable guest experience.
Support the high standards and energetic atmosphere of a contemporary Japanese restaurant.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences.
- Oversee seating and table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours.
- Consistently strive for quality and consistency in the guest experience.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and clear communication.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
- Genuine love for culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in sync with a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach focused on memorable dining experiences.
