The collection includes locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh and is part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences.
- Oversee seating and table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours.
- Strive consistently for quality and consistency in the guest experience.
- Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and transparent communication.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
- A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
- A natural team player who works effectively with a large team.
- A friendly, customer-oriented approach and ability to create memorable dining experiences.
