Serve as a Receptionist at Zuma Riyadh and play a central role in delivering a memorable guest experience.
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by the Izakaya dining style and operates venues across the Middle East.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests while reflecting the restaurant’s high standards.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or guest preferences.
- Oversee seating and table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours.
- Consistently strive for quality and consistency in the guest experience.
- Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams to support seamless service and transparent communication.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
- A genuine love for culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.
- A friendly, customer-oriented approach and ability to create memorable dining experiences.
