Work in a contemporary Japanese restaurant within a luxury, high-volume hospitality environment.
About Zuma
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
The collection includes locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh and is part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
- Support the Bar Team during service and help ensure efficient bar operations.
- Prepare garnishes, glassware, ice, mixers, and other bar supplies.
- Keep bar stations stocked and replenish products and equipment as required.
- Maintain consistent service quality and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and hygienic throughout service.
- Clear and reset the bar, wash and polish glassware, and support closing duties.
- Clean and store equipment properly at the end of the shift.
- Follow health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a Bar Back or higher in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
- Genuine interest in culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach to creating memorable dining experiences.
