About Zuma
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by the Izakaya dining style.
The collection operates locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh as part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
- Provide a warm and professional welcome that reflects the restaurant's high standards.
- Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special guest requests or preferences.
- Oversee seating and table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours.
- Maintain consistent quality and service standards for guests.
- Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and transparent communication.
What We Look For
- Proven receptionist experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
- Genuine interest in culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in sync with a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach and ability to create memorable dining experiences.
