About Zuma
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection inspired by the Izakaya dining style.
The collection operates locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh as part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and address requests promptly.
- Deliver dishes accurately with attention to precision and presentation.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized, and set and reset tables to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent quality and service standards for guests.
- Liaise with front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service and transparent communication.
What We Look For
- Proven waiter experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
- Genuine interest in culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in sync with a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach and ability to create memorable dining experiences.
