Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, and relationships.
• Build workflow rules, blueprints, approval processes, schedules, and custom functions.
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts for validation, automation, and business logic.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho applications and third-party systems through APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• Develop custom functions, connections, and widgets to extend CRM capabilities.
• Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics for pipeline, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Maintain data integrity through deduplication, validation, field mapping, imports, exports, and migrations.
• Implement access controls, data-sharing rules, and security practices across the CRM environment.
• Troubleshoot CRM automations, integrations, and customizations.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate on process automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on Zoho CRM development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and clean, reusable, documented code.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM automation features.
• Experience with REST APIs, connections, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and custom integrations.
• Experience integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho applications.
• Understanding of CRM data modeling, module relationships, and role- or profile-based permissions.
• Ability to translate business workflows into technical specifications.
• HTML, JavaScript, or other web technology knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-grade or multi-team Zoho CRM deployments and administration at scale.
• Familiarity with Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Sigma, client scripts, or CRM widget development.
• Exposure to data migration, sandbox-to-production deployment, and change management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
