Job Description
The Client Experience Agent - Reception is the first point of contact for clients, professional partners, and visitors.
The role connects the Finance Department, reception, and clients while supporting a high-quality client experience.
The role requires a committed, customer-focused, proactive person who can maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact at IFZA reception for professional partners, clients, and visitors.
- Support reception operations and maintain knowledge of IFZA products and services.
- Provide client services including document collection and submission, attestation, mail management, and conference-room booking.
- Coordinate with departments, maintain client-data confidentiality, and track document shipments.
- Build effective working relationships and perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Customer focus, adaptability, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office.
