The Client Engagement Manager sells IFZA licenses and products and builds transparent, trusted client relationships.
The role sources and generates new leads to meet sales targets.
The role coordinates with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate trainers to keep clients informed about products, services, and application status.
Responsibilities
- Drive and monitor sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
- Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations.
- Lead business development strategies to create new sales opportunities and professional partnerships.
- Participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, sales support, and corporate training teams.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of sales or client relationship experience.
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Additional spoken languages including Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are advantageous.
