- Design, develop, and implement custom end to end automation solutions across the Zoho One suite, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM
- Write complex Deluge scripts to connect various Zoho applications and handle data manipulation
- Create and maintain sophisticated workflows, blueprints, and custom functions to automate lead routing, sales processes, and reporting
- Architect and manage API integrations between Zoho and third party applications to ensure seamless data flow
- Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and optimize existing configurations for peak performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Specialist
- Mastery of the Zoho One ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and deep understanding of Zoho's API structures
- Proven track record of building automated workflows that solve real world business problems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out complex logic flows
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
