- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly resilient mindset with discipline to maintain high activity levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volume of leads
- Prior experience in a SaaS or high growth technology environment
- Proficiency with modern sales stacks (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Experience selling to B2B decision makers and C suite executives
