Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Analyse car park performance data and provide recommendations on pricing strategies, tariff structures, and product mix to support revenue optimisation and efficient utilisation within capacity constraints.
• Develop and maintain yield management and dynamic pricing models to enable data-driven pricing decisions.
• Support evaluation of new pricing approaches and parking products to enhance revenue streams and commercial performance.
• Conduct market benchmarking and transport demand analysis to ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and market-aligned.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, budgets, and reforecasts to support financial planning and performance tracking.
• Develop financial and scenario-based models for business cases, tenders, and investments to enable informed commercial decision-making.
• Perform sensitivity analysis on key assumptions to assess risks and opportunities under different demand and pricing scenarios.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, utilisation, and yield to track performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and support timely decision-making.
• Identify performance gaps and root causes to recommend corrective actions and improve revenue and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and analyse performance of outsourced car park operators to support internal commercial oversight and performance review.
• Support review of pricing performance and commercial outcomes to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
• Provide insights and analysis to senior management to support strategic and operational decisions.

3 Years

• Experience in yield/revenue management and pricing analytics; demand forecasting and financial modelling; working with large datasets to generate commercial insights; KPI reporting and dashboard development; exposure to dynamic pricing and demand optimisation; experience supporting tenders, concessions, or commercial

Professional And Regulatory And Certification Requirements

• Revenue/Yield Management or Pricing certification/training – Desirable
• Data Analytics / BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) – Desirable
• Relevant finance or analytics qualification – Desirable

Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience

• Advanced Excel skills (modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting).
• Working knowledge of BI/data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent).
• Ability to extract, validate, analyse, and reconcile operational and transactional datasets (e.g., occupancy, ANPR, payments).
• Understanding of yield management, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting concepts. Familiarity with parking systems, smart mobility platforms, or pricing/yield management tools is advantageous.
